What data we process

• Name, e-mail, telephone and other contact details from an enquiry or order
• Company identification data (company ID, registered office) needed for invoicing
• Data about the requested service and the address of the building to be inspected
• Information from cookies (anonymous visitor statistics), if you give your consent
• Data from the registration for inspection deadline monitoring (organisation, contact person, e-mail, telephone, description of buildings and inspections)
• "Moje revize" account: e-mail, password (we store only its irreversible hash, never the password itself), website language, optional organisation name, and the time of registration and last login
• Data you enter or upload into the account yourself: the table of inspections (inspected items, buildings, deadlines, notes and your own columns)
• Technical data for protection against abuse: an irreversible hash of the IP address (we do not store the IP address in readable form) and the number of registration and login attempts

Purpose and legal basis

• Invoicing, accounting and statutory archiving obligations – point (c)
• Legitimate interest in improving the website and communication – point (f)
• Analytics cookies only with consent – point (a)
• Monitoring of inspection deadlines and sending reminders – consent, point (a); we keep the data until the consent is withdrawn
• Operating the "Moje revize" account, keeping records of your inspections and sending reminders before deadlines expire – performance of the service, point (b); you can switch the reminders off in the account at any time
• Protecting accounts and the website against bots and abuse (limiting the number of attempts, blocking suspicious accounts) – legitimate interest, point (f)

Recipients and retention period

We do not pass data to third parties except where required by law or by legitimate processing (accounting, tax adviser, Cloudflare hosting and database provider, e-mail provider). Accounting documents are kept for the period set by law. Enquiries from the website are usually kept for 3 years from the last contact, unless a contract is concluded. We keep the "Moje revize" account and its data until you delete the account (the "Delete account" button deletes the account and all its data) or until you ask us to delete it. When a table is imported, an artificial intelligence service (DeepSeek or Google; the provider may be located outside the EU) may receive the column names and a few sample values in which e-mails, telephone numbers and identification numbers have been masked beforehand. We do not send the whole table to artificial intelligence.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. You can withdraw your consent to cookies at any time. You can download the data from your "Moje revize" account as a CSV file at any time and delete the account together with its data directly in the application. You can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection. Send questions to info@revizeservis.cz.
