How digital inspection records work
- You register using the form below. A contact and a brief description of your sites is enough.
- We get in touch and together we list your inspections: what was inspected, where and when.
- We enter them into our digital records, including the date of the next inspection.
- Before a deadline expires, we send you an e-mail with an overview of the inspections that are about to expire.
- If you wish, we arrange the inspection for a date that suits you. You do not have to; the monitoring is non-binding.
What we can monitor
- Inspections of electrical installations and switchboards
- Inspections of lightning protection systems
- Inspections of appliances, hand tools and machinery
- Inspections of photovoltaic systems and charging stations
Why you should not miss a deadline
The longest deadlines for periodic inspections of electrical installations and lightning protection systems are set by Annex No. 4 to Government Regulation No. 190/2022 Coll., according to the environment and type of building, most often from 1 to 5 years. Appliances and hand tools have deadlines under ČSN 33 1600 ed. 2, for tools as short as a few months. An expired inspection means a risk of a fine during an audit and trouble with the insurer in the event of damage.
Act No. 250/2021 Coll. requires the operator to ensure periodic inspections within the set deadlines. Clear digital records make the job easier for them: you know what you have and when it expires, and you do not dig through paper folders. Just want a quick calculation of a deadline? Use the inspection deadline calculator.
Free and non-binding
The monitoring is free and does not oblige you to order an inspection from us. We use your data only to remind you of deadlines. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and we will then delete the stored data.
Frequently asked questions
How much does inspection deadline monitoring cost?
Nothing. It is our service for customers and prospects alike, with no obligation to order an inspection from us.
What is the digitalisation of inspections?
It means keeping your inspections in an electronic record instead of paper folders and spreadsheets. You have all your inspections, their validity and the date of the next inspection in one place, and the system reminds you before a deadline expires.
When should I do my next inspection?
The date of the next inspection is usually stated in the inspection report. If you do not know it, it is derived from the date of the last inspection and the longest deadline under Annex No. 4 to Government Regulation No. 190/2022 Coll., and for appliances under ČSN 33 1600 ed. 2. Our inspection deadline calculator gives you a quick estimate. A shorter deadline may be set by the operator or recommended by the inspection technician.
Do you also monitor inspections carried out by someone else?
Yes. All we need is the date of the last inspection and the date of the next inspection from the inspection report, ideally also a copy of the report.
How and when will you contact me?
Before a deadline expires, we will send you an e-mail with an overview of the inspections about to expire and an offer to arrange the inspection. We can set how many days in advance the reminder arrives according to your needs.
Is the monitoring suitable for a municipality, school or housing association?
Yes, they benefit from it most. Municipalities, schools, housing associations and building managers often have several sites with different deadlines that are easy to overlook.
How do I cancel the monitoring?
Send us an e-mail or call us and we will end the monitoring. We will then delete the stored data.
