How the calculator works
- Tick what applies to your premises (you can choose several options)
- Enter the date of the last inspection from the inspection report
- You get the latest date of the next inspection and can save it to your calendar
What the calculator calculates
It calculates the longest permitted intervals from Annex 4 of Government Regulation No. 190/2022 Coll. If several intervals apply to the premises, the shortest one applies. For intervals longer than one year, the inspection is carried out in the year in which the interval expires, so the calculator shows the end of that year. For intervals of up to one year, it shows the exact day.
What to watch out for
- The date stated in the inspection report is binding, and the technician may recommend a shorter interval
- Appliances and hand-held tools have their own intervals under ČSN 33 1600, which the calculator does not calculate
- For photovoltaics and charging stations, the intervals depend on the environment and use of the premises and on the manufacturer's instructions
Frequently asked questions
How much does the calculator cost?
Nothing, it is free. It does not oblige you to order an inspection.
Does the calculator also apply to an apartment or a family house?
Annex 4 applies to installations operated in business and in public buildings. Regulations do not prescribe periodic inspections of apartments; the inspection technician will recommend the length of the interval.
